DGL Film
DGL film is a Process B version of the PF "Free-Gel" film. The optically clear purified Free-Gel is laminated onto a flexible polyethylene backing with an easy to remove polycarbonate material used as the coversheet. For applications where a double-sided Gel material is required, DGL is typically the Gel-Film® product of choice. The Free-Gel can be exposed up to 220°C for long duration. DGL film is available in standard sizes or can be sold in any custom shape and sizes per your specific requirements.

DGL film is used for a wide number of applications where either ultraclean or high temperature film or tapes are required, such as:
- Vacuum Coating Processes
- Scribe & Break Coversheet
- High Temperature in-process handling
- Temporary Wafer Bonding
- Disk Drive Lapping
The DGL Gel-Film comes in several retention levels and Gel thickness combinations.
