These highly engineered films are manufactured in a cleanroom environment and offer optical clarity, chemical resistance, low hysteresis, and tight process control. The new BTXF JEDEC Tray, manufactured with a unique micro-textured film, laminated to the bottom of a flat JEDEC tray, immobilizes medical devices using non-adhesive holding forces, yet allows for easy removal. The product is ideal for use as a handling medium during manufacturing processes or for shipping. These high-quality products are manufactured in an ISO certified, class 10,000 cleanroom.
