Probe Tip Cleaning Wafers and Sheets

Gel-Probe ReMove Wafers and Sheets consist of a proprietary Gel elastomer cleaning material offered in sheet and 200mm/300 mm wafer format.

  • Removes and captures loose particles on probe tip, tip length, and electrical contact area of the tip created during probing process
  • Non-conductive, non-corrosive
  • Gently cleans the entire probe surface, tip length, and shaft in a non-destructive manner
  • Does not transfer residue to probes or bond pads
  • Only exerts force on probes in “Z” (vertical) direction - less than that imparted during normal test conditions with no lateral force applied to probe tips
  • Standard and custom construction available
