Delphon Industries Acquires Cleanroom Tape Manufacturer
Hayward, CA, June 26, 2007: Today, Delphon Industries announced its acquisition of UltraTape Industries of Salem, Oregon. UltraTape is a manufacturer of adhesive tapes used in cleanroom environments. The acquisition supports Delphon's mission to merge innovative technologies in order to provide unique materials and services to the high technology market.
