Traditional Gel Carrier Products
The Gel-Box, Gel-Tray®, and Gel-Slide products are designed for manual applications in which the devices are typically loaded and unloaded using tweezers or fingers.These pocketless carriers are ideal for the handling, storing, kitting, and shipping of medical, optical and small microelectronic components such as GaAs FETs, beam-lead diodes, small thin-film passive devices, high-value medical devices and coated optical filter components. These products are also designed for handling subassemblies and hybrid modules. The versatile Gel-Box, Gel-Tray, and Gel-Slide carriers enable the customer to store a variety of different device types and sizes in a single box or tray which eliminates the need for custom-molded waffle packs. Gel-Pak also offers low minimum order quantities with no set-up fee. This lowers the Cost of Ownership (CoO) by minimizing molded tray inventory requirements.
