Gel-Pak Announces A New VR Tray Handling System
New Product Bulletin

Description:
Gel-Pak continuous vacuum release station with integrated vacuum pen pick-up tool. Works with both 2” and 4” VR trays. Operates using compressed air. Comes with 9 individual vacuum tips for handling devices from 0.100” to 0.500” and4 ft of input hose.

Application:

Unloading devices from either 2” or 4” Vacuum Release tray using continuous vacuum pen pick-up tool.
For devices smaller than 0.1” or larger than 0.5”, additional pick-up tips are required.
Customer to supply compressed air to system. (60-80 psi at 0.5 SCFM)

Advantages:

VR tray fixture with integrated vacuum pen pick-up tool
Continuous vacuum applied to both tray and pen (up to 25” Hg)
Accepts both 2” and 4” VR trays
Side holder for vacuum pen tool when not in use
Separate On/Off switches for tray and pen
Storage pins for 5 pick-up tips
